Shani joined ISIS in 1997 and leads the London buyout team. Her recent investments include Encore, Traveljigsaw, Equiom, Enotria and Reach and she numbers MORI, Language Line and Refresco amongst her exited investments. Shani qualified with a local firm in South Africa before joining ISIS, and is both a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (USA).
As a mother of two, Shani is well versed in the art of negotiation, and suspects she uses her skills as much at home as in the office. Besides spending time with her family, she enjoys travelling and literature.

My perfect day...exploring a new city with my children, and them listening to me!
