Alison has been a non-executive director of ISIS since December 2000, and currently chairs our Investment Committee and Management Board. Alison holds a number of other non-executive directorships; she is Senior Independent Director of Man Group plc, Chairman of Land Securities plc, former Chairman of MFGlobal and an independent Director of Paccar Inc.. She is also a Senior Adviser to Lexicon Partners. She has previously held directorships with J Henry Schroder, Wagg & Co Ltd, National Power plc, Arcadia Group plc, and Nationwide Building Society.
Alison has extensive experience in investment banking, having worked at Schroders and Phoenix Securities before becoming managing director at Donald Lufkin Jenrette (DLJ).
