Het is the fund manager of Baronsmead AIM VCT. She worked at 3i from 1998 to 2002 being the fund manager of the 3i Smaller Quoted Companies Trust. In both 2000 and 2001, this trust received awards from Standard & Poor's for risk-adjusted performance. After a family career break, Henrietta undertook some VCT project work at Unicorn in 2004 and joined ISIS in 2005.
