Anna joined ISIS in September 2009 having worked extensively across the portfolio as HR Operating Partner over the past two years. With core competence in strategic HR, talent management and resourcing, she is now responsible for developing and executing Talent Strategy across the ISIS business, placing a particular focus on maximising the effectiveness of the teams of people we work with at any stage of the deal lifecycle.
Anna is married with 3 children and enjoys entertaining friends, growing vegetables and is partial to a glass of sauvignon on occasion!

When I was 7, I wanted to be...and actress and then a surgeon.
My other dream job...I'd still love to act.
