ISIS led the £20m MBO of CSC, investing funds from the Baronsmead VCTs, in January 2008.
The current customer base comprises some 2,500 companies in the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, and the business plans to continue international development in the US, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific.
