The ISIS EP LLP funds are:
- ISIS IV LP – a £238.5m fund which closed in November 2007. Actively investing.
- ISISI III LP – a £151m fund which closed in 2003. Fully invested.
- ISIS II LP – 1999 vintage. Fully invested.
Since 1999 ISIS has backed 39 businesses and achieved 26 exits (figures at 31 January 2009).
We also manage five Baronsmead Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs) quoted on the London Stock Exchange with a diversified portfolio of PE investment in quoted and unquoted companies. Launched in 1995, Baronsmead VCT was one of the first VCTs and today the five funds form one of the leading groups of VCTs with approximately £227m under management as at 31 December2008.
