ISIS expands in the Midlands and the South East
ISIS Equity Partners plc (‘ISIS') is delighted to announce the appointments of:
Simon Ward, Assistant Director, New Investments, Birmingham
Simon previously was with Catalyst Corporate Finance where he was a founder member of its Birmingham team. Simon originally trained as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the Royal Bank of Scotland Leveraged Finance team. A graduate of Nottingham University with a BA (Hons) in Economics, Simon has over seven years of corporate finance experience gained across the East and West Midlands.
Daniel Smith, Assistant Director, New Investments, London
Daniel was previously with Royal Bank Development Capital, where he was part of the team that established its Birmingham office. Prior to this Daniel was with Royal Bank of Scotland, which he joined in 1993 as part of its Graduate Development Programme. Daniel graduated from Loughborough University of Technology in 1993 and gained an MBA from Manchester Business School & University of Wales in 2000. Daniel has over 5 years experience of funding mid-market corporate finance transactions and over a year's experience in private equity investment and portfolio management.
Tim Richardson, Business Development Director, London
Tim previously was Head of Client Origination (Growth Companies team) for HSBC Investment Bank and prior to this he worked for Charterhouse Bank, latterly focussing on deal origination. Tim's role at ISIS is focused on originating new investment opportunities.
