ISIS Equity Partners expands in the Midlands and the South-East

ISIS Equity Partners plc (‘ISISEP') is delighted to announce the appointments of:

Richard Bucknell, New Investments, Birmingham

Richard joins ISISEP from Barclays Ventures, where he was responsible for opening and then running its Midlands operations for 6 years. During his time with Barclays Ventures, Bucknell led 11 new investment transactions, as well as handling 5 realisations. These included, most recently, the £10m MBO of Bromsgrove-based CCS Enforcement Group.

Neil Bennett, New Investments, London

Neil joins ISISEP from The Royal Bank of Scotland's Corporate and Structured Finance team, where he spent 2½ years arranging debt packages for a number of corporate and private-equity backed transactions. During his time at RBS, Neil was involved in 5 completed transactions, including the P2P of Boosey & Hawkes' Instruments Division and the re-financing of the Wagamama restaurant chain. Prior to joining RBS, Neil spent 1½ years with Barclays, which included a period in the London team at Barclays Ventures. Mark Advani, responsible for ISISEP's new investment activity, said: "We are delighted that we have been able to attract Richard and Neil to the team. ISIS Equity Partners continues to invest in its national footprint and our team of investment professionals now numbers 23 across London, Birmingham and Manchester. With several other key appointments imminent and considerable success with recent fund raising, we are confident that we are making excellent progress towards being acknowledged as the preferred funder for ambitious UK companies with equity capital requirements.
