04/06/2008 - ISIS sells SLR after supporting international expansion
ISIS first invested in SLR in September 2004. Since this time, the business has delivered substantial organic growth in the UK and North America, opening new offices and expanding its services. In addition, ISIS supported the completion of two major acquisitions in 2007 and, as a result, employee numbers have risen from 168 in 2004 to 650. Today, over a third of SLR's revenues are generated outside of the UK.
21/04/2008 - ISIS continues to support the growth of the SLC Group
ISIS has completed a further acquisition for the SLC Group, after acquiring Manchester based Homelife Options Ltd. The additional organic growth plans will boost employment prospects for the Group and more jobs within the supported living services sector will be made available.
08/04/2008 - ISIS sells kidsunlimited in £45m deal
ISIS first invested in kidsunlimited in 2001, initially acquiring a minority stake, and made a further investment in 2002. Since then, the business has rolled out new nurseries in its core regions of the North West, Oxford, Cambridge and the South East.
