I work with companies across our investment period, right through to the eventual exit. I enjoy working closely with management teams: sharing in their successes, helping them overcome the challenges - and not forgetting to have a bit of fun along the way.
I graduated from Warwick before training as an accountant at KPMG. Post qualification I moved into their Transaction Services department where I spent three years advising private equity and corporate clients on due diligence and strategic option development across a wide variety of transactions. This experience gave me the opportunity to get a detailed understanding of the drivers of growth and success in a business.
One of my favourite ISIS moments involved working with the Pathway Care management team who were so committed and engaged in the business right up until the exit.
About me
Little known fact: I am quite a good horse rider and have ridden for various teams across the country.
Outside of work I…Enjoy trying out the latest fitness craze. Bikram yoga, Zumba… I’ve tried them all but it doesn’t take long before I’m ready for something new.
Perfect day:
An early start for a day of walking followed by dinner somewhere with an open fire.
