Title: Associate Director  

I work closely with a number of management teams in the ISIS investment portfolio. There isn’t really a typical day in this job and I can find myself discussing new product development one day and working with a portfolio company to set their strategic direction the next.

While all businesses are different, many share similar growing pains, and having a breadth of experience to draw from enables me to contribute to assisting each company in navigating through the challenges they face.

I trained as an accountant with KPMG in Wellington, New Zealand, advising many small to medium sized entrepreneurial businesses across a variety of sectors.

Joining ISIS gave me the opportunity to continue working with similar minded, goal focused individuals in a dynamic, fast paced environment.    

I genuinely enjoy getting to understand how a team operates, developing the next stage of growth and getting to know the management teams. 

About me
Little known fact: A group of friends and I formed a hip hop/indie rock bank a few weeks before we performed at the annual school talent contest. After a promising start and some great stage diving we were bombarded with fruit and disqualified!

Outside of work I…enjoy eating lots, then running around to burn it off.

Perfect day:
Watching the All Blacks beat Australia in the Rugby World Cup final in the afternoon, followed by dinner cooked by Michel Roux, topped off with front row seats at a Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg concert.

What makes me get out of bed in the morning? Wondering what challenges lie ahead of me that day…..
