Denise joined the new investment team in London in October 2010. Prior to this, Denise was at Spirit Capital (formerly Aberdeen Asset Management) for 3.5 years, where she completed and worked on a number of acquisitions mainly in the environmental and business services sectors.

During this time, Denise was also responsible for the Direct Origination activity in London and Southern regional markets.

After relocating from Australia, Denise worked at Deloitte for two years in the private equity team on several private equity transactions across Europe, within a variety of sectors including consumer markets, leisure and business services. Denise qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia (CA).
