I focus on new investment opportunities, so spend a lot of time meeting businesses ranging from those that have little knowledge of private equity through to those that have appointed advisers and already know that they want investment.  My job is to understand what they need and demonstrate - using our vast range of real examples - that ISIS can support them to grow their business.

I graduated from Cambridge before training as an accountant at PwC and then worked in corporate finance for 8 years advising a range companies from FTSE100s to SME businesses.  This experience made me realise my real passion was in working with and supporting fast growing, entrepreneurial companies.

I love getting right into the heart of a business and finding out what makes it tick.

Little known fact: I won a gold medal in the English fell running championships team competition. This was almost entirely down to the ability of the other runners in the team but I won’t tell my grandchildren that in years to come.
