Encore sells and distributes theatre tickets and other attraction tickets through a combination of its own website, online affiliates, retail shops and coach and tour operators.

Encore has demonstrated consistent growth since it was founded in 2000 and now looks to accelerate its plans as it moves into the next stage of its development. The investment by ISIS in April 2010 will enable the company to take advantage of their growing presence in the B2B online arena and consolidate their leading position in the market.
