Credit Solutions is a debt collection business for financial services customers. Sister company power2contact offers field-based trace and collection services to utilities.

ISIS invested £4.5 million as part of an £11m MBO in 2005. Credit Solutions plans to grow organically and by combining with power2contact to offer improved services. It also plans to develop in the debt purchase market.
