Isle of Man based-provider of offshore trust and company administration services. Formerly known as AITCL when part of Anglo Irish Bank PLC.
With the company valued at £33m, ISIS invested £13m for a significant minority stake in December 2006. This was one of the island's biggest ever management buyouts.
