ISIS has sold its shareholding in SLR to 3i in a secondary buyout worth in the region of £100m. ISIS first invested in SLR in September 2004, acquiring a minority stake for an initial investment of £4.85m. SLR is an international environmental consultancy with offices in the UK, US and Canada.
Acquisition: April 2008
The acquisition of Homelife Options has extended the geographical reach of supported living services available across the North of England. The SLC Group currently operates through two subsidiary companies - Paragon (UK) Limited in Lancashire and Greater Manchester, and Raglin Care Limited in Merseyside, supporting in excess of 300 adults across the North West.

ISIS has sold kidsunlimited to Lloyds Development Capital, in a deal worth £45m. ISIS first invested in kidsunlimited in 2001, initially acquiring a minority stake, and made further investment in 2002. Since then, the business has successfully rolled out new nurseries in its core regions of the North West, Oxford, Cambridge and the South East.
