The SLC Group (formerly Paragon (UK) Ltd) provides tailored support packages for over 200 individuals with a range of learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities.
In December 2006, ISIS funded a £30m MBO, backing the management's plans for organic growth as well as making additional funds available for the selected acquisitions. The first acquisition of Raglin Care was completed in September 2007 and broadened the geographic reach of the Group into Merseyside. The acquisition of Homelife Options, which followed in April 2008, expands the geographical reach even further and into Derbyshire.
