Gaining an edge

We're an £8m-turnover businesses operating in the mobile connectivity market. Although our technology is differentiated, there are many alternative solutions available in an increasingly populated market. What action can I take to ensure that my business stands apart from its competitors?

This company needs to clearly define its value add and its differentiators, although those do appear to be minimal. If technology is its differentiator, how is that communicated to the target customers? Even if that differentiator is service, which everyone claims is a key differentiator, how are you actually proving that to your customers?

I would clearly define the differentiators and the value add, and make sure that the company delivering on all of those at the top level.
